Which was very clean as well as the whole office. The aesthetic was pretty cool and Dr Acosta really listened and was very professional and worked with me and not at me if you know what I mean. NEVER IN MY LIFE CAN I UNDERSTAND WHY I CALLED THE OFFICE OVER 10 TIMES AND THE PHONE WOULDN'T EVEN CONNECT??? WHAT KIND OF A DOCTOR'S OFFICE DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED WHEN I TRIED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT OVER A WEEK AGO!!!!!

Zocdoc has you fill out your insurance to find providers…. It matched me with this one. I call and make an appointment, it says on Zocdoc that they accept my insurance and then they call me and tell me my insurance isn’t accepted. Why can’t you update the billing information that says that it doesn’t accept Aetna PPO, shady in my opinion. Wasted a day of time trying to find a doctor to manage pain.
