I can help you manage a variety of mental health needs including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. My communication style I aim to be a warm, friendly and supportive provider. I like to know more about the clients I work with to better understand the struggles they face in their day to day lives, as well as where they find support and joy. My first session with you Our first appointment together will be a lot of information gathering so I can get a better idea of your treatment history, what has and hasn’t worked, and what you would like from a treatment provider. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable and be reassured that I won’t judge you for anything you feel open to sharing with me.
