Dr. Jose Rodriguez was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. He received his formal years of education, including Medical school, in Puerto Rico. It should be noted, Dr. Rodriguez is an avid sportsman. He was captain of the Puerto Rican National Rowing team during his tenure in Medical school; moreover, he led the team to the 1979 Pan American games. Both he and his wife (Amarilis Vega M.D.) completed their residencies in New York, and later took their family to Texas where Dr. Rodriguez completed his fellowship in Spine surgery. He needs to change his online bio he isn't no where close to being a orthopedic surgeon he is a joke he just straight up told me it's nothing he could do are prescribed he was paroniod he ask who sentyou like I was in the mob are something told me I need a pain management Dr and couldn't refer me to anybody he made me very uncomfortable like I'm dieing my feet are deformed and I'm in serious pain it was crazy
