This thorough assessment allows me to develop an accurate diagnosis and create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
If medication is recommended, I will explain the purpose of each medication, expected benefits, possible side effects, and alternative treatment options so you can make informed decisions about your care. I believe in shared decision-making and encourage patients to ask questions and actively participate in every aspect of their treatment.
In addition to medication management, I incorporate supportive psychotherapy during appointments when appropriate. We may discuss coping strategies, stress management techniques, behavioral changes, sleep hygiene, emotional regulation, and practical tools to help improve your overall well-being.
