Dr. Licas attended undergraduate school at University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Dr. Licas completed her medical degree in CEBU Doctors College of Medicine in Cebu, Philippines. She did community service such as outreach programs and medical missions for indigents before immigrating to the United States. She attended her first 3 years of residency training in Psychiatry at University of California Irvine Medical Center in Orange, California and also attended Westchester Medical Center Program/New York Medical College on her 4th year of residency training in Psychiatry. She currently holds a California Medical License and New York Medical License. She is an adult psychiatrist with special interests in mood disorder, anxiety disorder, psychotic disorders and geriatric disorder. Dr. Licas is bilingual in English and Tagalog. Her current professional affiliations include American Psychiatric Association, American Medical Association and Psychiatric Society of Westchester County, New York.
