This is the third time the doctor was not available at the time of my appointment or anytime soon. This time he was in the building but they were patients ahead of me even though I had an appointment. The last two times the doctor was not even in the building and so the office rescheduled or just canceled it all together and I was forced to reschedule. This is not a serious medical office that is geared to patient needs and visitations, everyone in the office was disgruntled with the wait time and there were multiple arguments in multiple different languages between workers and patients that rose to the point of me not feeling safe there.

The doctor didn’t give me the referrals I asked for and actually made me feel wrong for seeking treatment. He didn’t seemed concerned or want to write notes. The medical staff couldn’t draw blood and changed 3 ppl just to draw blood and they even forgot to test me for urine which is the simplest thing. Very bad service all around. I made a horrible mistake by coming here.

To be fair to the doctor, I did not get seen or receive any medical services. I arrived at 8:35 for 9:00 a.m. appointment. Just before 9am, they arrived and asked me if I received a link and I told her no. They verified the phone number was correct and sent me a link which did not work at first but finally connected and after filling out over 90% of the questionnaire online, it switched to another language and would not allow me to complete it. The girl at the desk did not know seem to know what to do and when I suggested a paper questionnaire she handed me one on the clipboard. After filling it out and waiting to be called I was called back to the desk shortly before 9:30 and told that I need to finish filling out the questionnaire at this point the office was full and everybody was being seen before me so I told her never mind I would go to a different office and walked out at 9:38 a.m.. this was a total waste of my time
