Exceptional Staff & Communication: The entire medical and administrative team is incredibly friendly and treats every patient with the utmost respect. I especially appreciated the proactive follow-ups before my appointment to ensure I didn't forget and was well-prepared. They (staff, medical assistant, nurse, and doctor) were also very patient in answering all of my questions in detail.

I saw Dr. Clemente today 01/27/2026, and once again he was excellent. He is a truly great listener and never makes you feel rushed. He takes his time and genuinely cares about what you have to say.
I have been seeing Dr. Clemente for nearly 30 years. He practiced in Warren for a long time, and when he moved away, my whole family missed him terribly—that’s how exceptional he is as a doctor. By pure luck, I found him again after he returned to the area in New Brunswick, and I immediately made an appointment.
Dr. Clemente is the kind of physician every patient hopes for. He leads with compassion, respect, and genuine care. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed in his office. And it’s not just my experience—many friends of mine who are also his patients say the exact same thing.
If all doctors showed the same love, care, and attention that Dr. Clemente gives his patients, healthcare would be a much better place. He is truly one of a kind.

Dr. Clemente and his Nurse were amazing. I havent seen a primary care physician in years and I am so glad I decided to come here. I was seen as soon as check in was complete. 5 stars for sure and I definitely will be back.
That being said the staff at the check in really needs to be spoken to. The 2 younger females were very unprofessional and on their cell phones scrolling the entire time I was there. One of them couldn't even bother to look up and see I was standing there. Its just not a good look to be on your phone especially while a patient is checking in.
I am so happy with my experience at the actual appointment so the 5 stars is solely based on that.
