About Dr. Joseph E. Kansao
During the past 35 years, Dr. Kansao has enjoyed treating patients at both his Park Avenue Upper East Side office and his office in Greenwich, CT. He specializes in Sports Medicine, Athletic Injuries, and Pain Management and has been a dedicated team chiropractic practitioner for numerous international, professional, and Olympic events. He is an avid golfer and enjoys tennis and basketball.
Dr. Kansao graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Biology and then received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College. Since then, he has spent countless hours training in the latest techniques and state-of-the-art practices. In addition, Dr. Kansao has written numerous articles in athletic magazines. He brings this current knowledge and combines it with his years of experience, always for the betterment of his patients' health and wellness.
Dr. Kansao was one of the nation's first chiropractors to be awarded the distinguished Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Practitioners. In addition, he earned the prestigious Diplomate of the Academy of Integrative Pain Management. Year after year, Dr. Kansao has been selected as one of "America's Best Chiropractors."
