I’m a psychopharmacology expert who focuses on medication management rather than weekly talk therapy. However, my sessions naturally incorporate supportive and cognitive-behavioral elements, and many patients find them to be deeply therapeutic. My approach is relaxed, easygoing, and approachable—whether you’re a child, teen, or adult, I strive to make our work together feel collaborative and comfortable.

My typical process begins by creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. As a board-certified psychiatrist with deep expertise in psychopharmacology, I focus on helping patients find the most effective and individualized treatment options. While I do engage in supportive talk therapy, my primary role is often guiding patients through medication-based treatment. I believe psychopharmacology is a collaborative process—together, we’ll explore your symptoms, history, and treatment goals to select the most appropriate medication options. I make it a priority to ensure you understand the potential benefits, risks, and side effects of each option, so you can actively participate in making informed decisions about your care. Our initial sessions will include a thorough diagnostic evaluation, after which we’ll design a personalized treatment plan. I strive to provide ongoing support, clarity, and compassion throughout your journey toward mental wellness.
