I forgot my appointment was at 3pm and showed up at 9am! They were nice enough to take me in the morning. Otherwise, a good thorough new-patient physical. Very nice of them to accommodate my bonehead scheduling.

I have hated most doctors I have seen since you often sacrifice bedside manner for competence, but this was NOT the case! He took the time to understand my complex medical history without rushing me through my appointment. There was an open dialogue which you don't find with many physicians. I have never been so happy leaving an appointment. Highly recommend him if you need a PCP!! His staff was also friendly and polite. It's a win in every category.

The appointment went well, I felt heard and as a new patient they automatically did blood tests. When I asked if they could also do blood STD testing since they were already drawing blood they said yes and it wasn’t made into a spectacle. The doctor wanted me to get a pelvic exam as well due to some previous health issues and immediately said if I was not comfortable with a man doing that, he has a female practitioner that could.

Dr. Santiesteban truly cares about his patients. This was my first visit to establish a primary care physician. I was a little nervous to visit a new doctor but my nervousness quickly disappeared. The receptionist & the manager greeted me as soon as I walked in. They made me feel welcome, they were very friendly and polite. Dr. Santiesteban took his time to get to know me, he asked questions, and he listened to me. I am so happy that I found Dr. Santiesteban and his office.

The doctor , who I went to as a new patient to have him as my new pcp told me that I had issues, gave me no referrals, then told me he wouldn’t bill me for the visit and billed me after anyway. I was in a car accident bro lolol crazzyyyyy how “we the people” end up under the care of people like him. No no no do not go!
