What I do at the clinic: I provide chiropractic care focused on pain management and postural restoration, integrating movement-based strategies to support mobility, balance, and functional recovery. I also incorporate a brain-based approach that considers how the nervous system influences coordination, adaptation, and healing. Where I came from: I grew up in Maine and have lived up and down both coasts of the United States, with a fair amount of travel both nationally and internationally. Experiencing different places and cultures has been a meaningful part of my personal and professional growth. I’m happy to be settled on the West Coast and appreciate the lifestyle and outdoor culture of the Pacific Northwest. Work background: Before entering chiropractic care, I worked for nearly ten years in education and behavioral healthcare, supporting children, adolescents, and adults with social, emotional, and learning challenges. This background strongly informs my approach to care, emphasizing the importance of regulation as the foundation for resilience, adaptability, and long-term progress. What I do when not at work(hobbies, recreation, etc.): When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy music production, meditation, and martial arts, along with hiking, fishing, landscaping, and spending time outside whenever possible. These activities help me stay grounded and support the same balance and resilience I encourage in my patients.
