Had to fill out same paperwork information on computer and in office multiple times , repeatedly. Why? Same stuff about 4 times. Office staff and Dr were great, not their fault. Place seems very corporate like business not health care. Kiosks and check in when I already did it at home computer? Why? Repeat it ? Waist of time should be streamlined better.

The office called to confirm my appointment 2 days before which was nice. The staff was very polite and friendly. The office was clean and spacious. Brianna had exceptional bedside manners and was super sweet and all smiles. Dr. Zelmanovich was very polite, he listened to my concerns, was very thorough, was not dismissive at all like other health care providers can be and reassured me about receiving test results. 5 star service and experience all around, highly recommend!

The office staff was friendly and Dr. Zelmanovich was professional and I didn’t feel rushed, but I left this appointment and cried. I didn’t feel validated by Dr. Z when I described the pain I’ve been having recently. I felt uncomfortable, like I had to insist that my symptoms are real, unpredictable, and disruptive to my life, with little empathy or affirmation coming from the doctor. It made me question my own experience. Dr. Zelmanovich isn’t rude or a “bad” doctor, but it doesn’t feel good to feel doubted by the person you seek out for medical help. I wouldn’t recommend seeing him based on my appointment.
