I was 15 minutes late for my appointment due to the packed parking garage. I drove almost an hour for the visit only to be told I needed to reschedule. This would have been my first visit with this provider and I don't think any compassion was shown. I would have even waited longer if necessary but to be told no after the drive was unacceptable
