Getting to know Dr. Juan Pablo Galindo

Finding a psychiatrist who actually listens can feel impossible. Dr. Juan Pablo Galindo, D.O. is a board-certified integrative psychiatrist in Charleston, SC offering thoughtful psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders. As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Galindo trained with a foundational belief that the mind and body cannot be treated in isolation. That philosophy shapes how he prescribes. Rather than defaulting to a one-size-fits-all protocol, he takes time to understand each patient's full history — their sleep, stress, lifestyle, and life circumstances — before making any clinical decisions. Medication, when indicated, is chosen carefully and monitored closely. The goal is always the least intervention necessary to support meaningful change. He works particularly well with patients who feel they've been reduced to a checklist in past psychiatric care — people who are functioning on the outside but struggling privately, and who want a prescriber that treats them as a whole person rather than a diagnosis. Dr. Galindo collaborates closely with therapists and other providers, believing that coordinated care produces better outcomes than isolated treatment. Available in-person and via telehealth in Charleston, SC. Currently accepting new patients.

Dr G is extremely attentive to his patients needs. Highly recommend, he is an amazing care provider.

Incredible healing experience. Dr. Galindo is caring, thoughtful, and puts you in the proper space for this type of healing. Has helped me deal with some underlying issues and I look forward to more work with him. Highly recommend.
I was lost for a while, Dr. Galindo and his gentle kindness found me in the darkness and led me back into the light of healthy living.
I completed a six-week course of KAP (ketamine-assisted psychotherapy) with Dr Galindo at Innerbloom, and I say this without exaggeration: it changed my life. I have a different outlook—and honestly, a different in-look—than I ever thought possible. KAP is not the same as getting ketamine mailed to you or going to an infusion clinic (both of which I personally feel lack effectiveness and unethical). The therapy part, the structure, the integration sessions, the safe environment, and the guidance of an experienced and compassionate practitioner like Dr G, who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about his patients—those are the pieces that made the difference for me.
I was held in a safe, grounded container by Dr. Galindo for my first ketamine experiences. His warmth and compassion made it easy to trust the medicine and trust him.
Dr. Galindo has made a real difference in my mental health. He listens in a way that makes you feel genuinely heard, not just processed. I leave sessions with a clearer sense of myself and the tools to move forward. I recommend him without hesitation.
Dr. Galindo is a compassionate, talented and well trained physician. This experience truly changed my life. If you are considering working with Innerbloom I encourage you to sign up. You will get more out of this experience than you could ever imagine.
Dr G. was on time and made sure I was comfortable with the process. He took the time for setting intentions and follow up to get the most out of treatment.
Dr. Galindo is a knowledgeable and personable physician with obviously good intent for his patients and genuine care for outcomes. I found his care very helpful in my life.
Dr. Galindo provided personalized and thoughtful care. So rare to find a practitioner like him. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a psychiatrist.
Dr. Galindo and everyone at Innerbloom are incredible. I have received phenomenal care that has resulted in a reduction of my symptoms. Dr. Galindo has supported my healing and growth with dignity, kindness, and expert skill.
Caring and attentive staff. After ketamine, all of my panic and anxiety attacks totally stopped. It’s Been almost a year since my treatment and I haven’t had even a hint of panic or anxiety. Helped with my depression as well. Juan Pablo is truly helping people.
