I had such a positive experience with Nurse Practitioner Judith during my appointment. She was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and understanding. From the moment our session started, she made me feel comfortable and created a safe space where I truly felt heard. It meant a lot to be able to talk about my past without feeling judged. Her empathy and attentiveness stood out, and I’m so grateful for the care and support she provided. Highly recommend her to anyone seeking thoughtful, patient-centered care!

The session with the psychiatrist was generally positive, but the follow-up process has been frustrating. After a 45-minute Zoom call, during which medication could have been discussed, I was told another appointment would be needed just to go over the prescription. That follow-up, scheduled for Tuesday, appears to be a brief session that could have been avoided—raising concerns about unnecessary billing.
To date, I still haven’t received the medication, as the correct insurance procedures haven’t been followed. I’m only sharing this to document the experience and ensure transparency, not to place blame on anyone personally.
