“Dr Judy Rosenberg is a pioneer in the field of psychology! The Mind Map System she created, is a pathway to healing which delivers actual tangible results and not just theoretical psychological insights... those someone can read tons of, in hundreds of books and on the internet as well. Although traditional psychotherapy (long-term talk therapy) does help people who want to express themselves and ease a little bit the pain they feel, does not really offer "the shift" which Dr Judy's Mind Map Therapy brings, because traditional talk therapy rather dances around the "problem", "symptom-managing it", rather than addressing the cause of it loud and clear! The mind map therapy process of course, requires a brave-enough psychotherapist as well as a brave-enough patient! If you are seeking the truth, be open-enough, be patient-enough, trust Dr Judy and her team and you will definitely have outstanding as well as permanent results which you will witness happening in your life, in real time! ”

I enjoyed the in person with Dr. Judy. She is very approachable, welcoming, and inviting. She validated my experience and worked with me based on my situation.
I went through the Mind Map journey with Judy via skype in about two months. I had tried other more mainstream therapies and trauma treatments for years without almost any success. I come from a family of divorce, emotional and physical abuse, neglect and instability. I've always had trouble falling asleep, been insecure in relationships, had anger outbursts, anxiety and so on. I was always stuck in the same place, never being able to get myself out and change my patterns. Enter Judy. The 10 session Mind Map therapy has done wonders for me. The system is very intelligently made and it takes you though your whole life making sense of your symptoms, finally the emotional processing leads you to a paradigm shift that allows you to become the cause of your own life and happiness. I'm forever grateful to Judy, her Mind Map and her endless understanding and support. She's truly a compassionate and attuned therapist (the kind you really want but rarely get). Now my relationship is better, my sleep is better, I feel more in control of my life and I'm happy. I truly recommend this therapy to anyone that has been struggling emotionally since childhood.
