The staff is wonderful. Dr. Doi is a beautiful person. She listened to me about my feet. Also, happened to see that I had varicose veins and was very concerned about that as well.

The office receptionist was extremely rude, confrontational and had a horrible attitude. I had to demand my Identification back from her 3 times, after she lied to me, before I finally took it out of her hand while she waved it around. She shouldn't be allowed to help people with that kind of behavior. I called office manager immediately, no return call, no addressing the staff or responding to my request to ensure my benefits were not charged.
I received a call at 9am on the day of my appointment, asking me if I could change my appointment and come in earlier. I told them the time I could be available, yet after I showed up and advised her of this, she didn't even respond. Yet, other patients who admittedly showed up late, were ushered right back.
Shocked by this type of practice, but it sounds like they get a lot of complaints because as soon as I asked for their manager, I was first told no by Denise and then handed a piece of paper with the office managers phone number.

Dr.’s bedside manner is horrible. I’m actually going to get a second opinion. Her negative demeanor makes me question her diagnosis. She could be 100% correct with my diagnosis but when you have someone that is so disrespectful it makes you not trust them. She seemed rushed and bothered when I asked to see X-rays and ask questions.
