She went on to complete a postdoctoral clinical fellowship in the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bedford, with specialization in intimate relationships and recovery from interpersonal trauma. Dr. Gefter is a telehealth psychologist based out of the Cambridge office.
