Did not like this office. I had switched here midway in my pregnancy and was ordered multiple tests without seeing my previous history where these tests had already be performed. The last thing you want in your OBGYN is an alarmist doctor and that's exactly what my experience here was like. They alarmed me without valid reason and sent me off with a bunch of places to call to make appointments rather than the office staff handling that. I went running back to my old doctor, would not recommend this doctor to any pregnant woman.

Dr. Riftine is amazing, she takes her time with you to answer ALL questions. She spent her time with me to go over all my history and my issues, listened to my concerns and also made suggestions. I was in need of a new GYN and I am so glad I found her.
Her office staff and technicians are great! Her office followed up with results for me and made an appointment for doctor to review the rest.
She is the best!

I can't tell if all doctors are jerks or if this is more jerkish than usual. Wait time is going to be long and the receptionist called and said sounding very worrisome about my results and I absolutely had to come in again so the doctor could tell me it was a little irregular and don't worry, they'll check the pap again next year. Thanks for scaring me, taking more of copay, and wasting over an hour of my time to tell me something that could have been a 5 minute phone call.
So yeah I'm not thrilled with this experience but I think a lot of doctors waste people's time without concern, so that's why I rate her average.

I want to start off by saying I worked as a front desk administrator in a high patient volume facility in Chelsea, NY. As an administrator I knew it was my responsibility to gather any blood test results at patients request, make sure the physician reviewed the results, have prescriptions filled and then followed up with the patient to make sure that they were attended to .
The administration for Julia did not follow through with making sure Julia reviewed the blood test. I had my appointment on a Monday and called Thursday the week beforehand to make sure they had the results in and provided them the medical release form. I spoke to Julia to see if she had gone over my blood work, she wasn't even aware of it. When finished with my appointment I checked out with the administration and asked them if they had my pharmacy listed in my record so it could be transferred. My appointment was at 8:45 AM and I went to pick up my 8:30 PM and CVS didn't have my prescription. Whether it was the fault of the administration or CVS, I can't be sure, but still administration needs to follow up with the physician, the PA , blood labs, and pharmacies.
While I know this is of no fault of Julia's; I'm hoping by writing this review either Julia, the administration or hospital staff who hired the administration, will see this and have the aspiration to correct their mistakes.

Dr. Riftine did not return multiple calls I made. Often I waited over forty min for an appt. I switched doctors within a few months of my baby's birth bc the doctor always seemed too busy.
