My toenails were trimmed, my callouses removed and he thinned out my big toe toenail and gave me prescription for an anti-fungal lacquer for my big toe so it possibly be cured over time. About Dr. Julian Sansone
Dr. Sansone sees patients of all ages and abilities, including pediatric, geriatric, and athletes. He treats problems of the foot and ankle such as bunion deformities, flatfoot deformities, plantar fasciitis/tendinitis, hammertoe, neuroma, diabetic feet, sports injuries, and wound care. Dr. Sansone strives for good patient communication, which includes explaining the diagnosis and outlining a treatment plan with both conservative and surgical treatment options.
He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at the Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Healthcare System.
Dr. Sansone enjoys working out, skiing, basketball, swimming, and table tennis. He is an avid fan of movies, rock music and concerts, and has been a longtime Yankees fan.
