They were very polite , prompt and professional from start to finish. There was no wait time. They were very knowledgeable about ear, nose and throat. I went there for my ears because my family kept saying I can’t hear. Nothing was wrong with my ears but they go hand in hand and the issue was my nose and middle ear was swollen causing my hearing to be a little muffled. They also did. CT scan of my nose ear and throat

The staff were extremely kind and everything was explained to me thoroughly. Everything was handled electronically, which is a plus for me because a sheet of paper is easier to lose than digital documents. The office was new at the time of my visit so some staff were still getting used to everything there and the office was a bit chilly.
