Lack of professionalism. Would not receive answers to my questions. Provider arrived unprepared and late. Provider could not access my documents in her system despite me sending them over two weeks prior to our appointment.

Poor communication, horrible bedside manner. I walked away feeling worse than when i started talking to her and i was literally in tears during the appointment. She didn’t seem to care. Then her way of asking her assessment questionnaire was lacking in compassion and she kept yelling at me telling me i was answering incorrectly and then telling me how i should be answering then changing what she previously said.
