About Juliette Vaspra

My name is Juliette Vaspra. I am from Hawaii but reside in Southern California. I started my education in Psychology and have a Master?s Degree in Human Nutrition. I remember growing up on the Islands and thinking to myself, if I had an effect at all on childhood obesity in my lifetime, that my life would have been worth it. The trend of obesity and health disparities has grown tremendously over the years all over the country. I truly want to change the face of health outcomes through nutrition education and health coaching. I love being active and most things outdoors, it?s probably just the Hawaii in me. But enjoy being indoors too. I love being in the kitchen experimenting and manipulating new recipes. A fun fact about me is that I was in band for 6 years growing up, so I can read all the different sheet music and play a bunch of different instruments. I am Passionate about Performance/Sports Nutrition and have worked with Collegiate and Professional Sports Teams. My background in behavior-based identity change will help you accomplish your goals and get you to your True Identity.
