Dr. Kade Kelso, DC

Chiropractor
1905 Ep True Pkwy, Ste 207, West Des Moines, IA
I became a chiropractor because I believe the body has an extraordinary capacity to heal when the nervous system functions as it was designed to. Growing up, I saw firsthand how unresolved pain and dysfunction affect not just a person's health, but their relationships, their work, and their sense of self — and I wanted to be part of changing that. I graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic, a program known for its deep philosophical foundation in the principles of chiropractic — the idea that true health comes from the inside out, and that removing interference from the nervous system allows the body to express its fullest potential. In practice, I offer both traditional chiropractic adjusting techniques and Tonal Integrative Correction (TIC) — a low-force, neurologically focused approach that detects and corrects subtle shifts in the tone of the nervous system. TIC is gentle enough for infants and children, precise enough for complex cases, and I'm currently the only TIC provider in Iowa. I regularly co-manage patients alongside other healthcare providers and genuinely enjoy those collaborative relationships. If you're looking for a provider who will take the time to understand your full picture and work toward lasting results rather than short-term relief, I'd love to connect.
