All of these reviews are true. Dr. Boyd was an absolute pleasure. She listened to me as well as added her input when needed. She made me feel this sense of relief- something I haven’t felt in a long time. She made me comfortable and most of all assessed me in a professional manner. She is caring understanding, compassionate and very informative. Her knowledge is amazing. The office experience was excellent as well her secretary is a pleasure to work with. It was incredibly difficult to find a provider who excepted my insurance. Dr. Boyd and her office were quick to respond, able to accommodate late hours and very easy to communicate with. She was very helpful with my issue and willing to listen to my feelings and thoughts about the treatment thought to be best. I highly recommend ZocDoc and Dr. Boyd!

She was lovely upon 1st impression: via video call. Seemed patient to listen & helped me out by refocusing me via cues.
What truly disappointment me was the way she seemed to truly listen but then completely disregarded my diagnosis from 4 other doctors whilst knowing it was the sole reason for my call.
So I was truly taken aback and saddened by her seemingly total disregard.
I initially was open to appreciate her clearly earned expertise for she is in fact a doctor.
I make efforts to consider experts; enriched to come in be in contact with.
Perhaps an oversight/rigidity within her education/beliefs which seem to supersede her professional opinion when she disagreed with my severe diagnosis from 6 months of intensive out patient, in patient and out patient recovery along with the complete assessed diagnosis from my last 4 psychiatrist MDs.
It was a first visit/consultation and she seem to disregard by 35 years of me being me and living with my comorbid dx
