Provider never sent info to join a session. I had to call multiple times to get a hold of him. Finally got a session which went fine and we scheduled a follow up, to which he never sent info for and said he didn't have it on his schedule. We rescheduled to the next day and he never showed up. If you have anxiety I wouldn't recommend booking with him because his lateness and inattention to detail will drive you up a wall.

Dr. Howell is wonderful-- very thoughtful and definitely knows what he's doing. I've got a decently complicated medical history w mental healthy/psychiatry/etc, but it was so effortless chatting with Kaliym about it all, and I felt totally heard and respected. I've had doctors in the past question everything I say about my diagnoses, treatments, etc, but Kaliym was very eager to work *with* me in a way that was so refreshing and reassuring. Very excited to continue seeing him, I definitely recommend!

This provider was nice on the phone but admin is where he falls short. He was late for my appointment, I received no confirmation, I called multiple numbers, no response. Then received a call from what seemed to be his personal phone 10 mins after my appointment as if nothing happened. The appointment was fine but there were moments where I questioned his expertise. After the call I left hopeful that I would finally be able to get medication. Not only is getting ADHD meds already a frustrating process, and dealing with him and his weird prescription limitations made it worse. He is minimally responsive, curt to the point of being rude, and extremely unhelpful. I would HIGHLY avoid seeing this provider, especially if you're new to therapy. At best, this provider is just all over the place. At worst, he's predatory and taking advantage of people and delivering incomplete care.
