The receptionist was very nice and helpful, and the medical assistant was also kind and pleasant.
Unfortunately, my experience with Kara was very disappointing. She spent approximately 10 seconds looking at my rash before prescribing an ointment. When I asked what she thought it was, she said “eczema.” I explained that I had never had eczema before and expressed that I didn’t think that was the case. Rather than taking the time to ask more questions or discuss my concerns, she gave me another very general explanation that felt dismissive.
I left feeling like I wasn’t heard or that my concerns were taken seriously. The entire interaction felt rushed, as though she was eager to move on to the next patient. I also did not leave feeling confident in the assessment or treatment plan.
Additionally, it took a full day for the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy, which was frustrating.
