My experience with the PA was definitely positive. She took her time and covered everything very thoroughly with me which I greatly appreciated. The person that checked me in was very pleasant and the MA was as well. There were 2 items that gave me pause about going back. They were supposed to give me a vaccine but failed to do so. The second issue was, I had 2 prescriptions to be sent to my pharmacy. They sent them separately causing me to have to make 2 trips to pick them up. When I called the office to inquire about the second prescription that was not a part of the order, Angela was rude in making sure I knew they had until end of day to call in an order and was adamant about not understanding the inconvenience of going to the pharmacy twice, basically stating that it was my fault that I didn't clarify they went over at the same time. Angela will be the main reason I don't return.

This facility is nice, although better direction for office spaces on the second level would be more helpful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My appointment was handled professionally, and I felt very well taken care of.
