This was my first time going to see a gynecologist and it was so much easier than I expected. Dr. Totonchi was very nice and talked me through the whole process! Would definitely recommend for new patients and I will definitely be going back when I need to.

Dr. T is great! This was my first visit with her and I was a bit nervous but i was comfortable as soon as i was greeted. Jess the MA is great, very friendly, thorough, and has a great personality. Dr. T explained everything so thoroughly, made great recommendations, and made me extremely comfortable. She answered all of my questions and was very sympathetic to my issues and past history. I never felt rushed. I highly recommend her and her staff.

This gynecologist was AMAZING. Made me felt entirely comfortable and walked me through everything while she did the Pap smear! I’m happy to say I will gladly be going back to her again! Super friendly and personable !!

The provider was great! She's very sweet and kind and listened patiently. However, the rest of the staff was quite unfriendly... They made me feel like I was a neusance. I should also note that it has became extremely difficult to reach my provider after the appointment! The office hours are everywhere, the provider keeps hopping between two offices randomly (seemingly to me). I've been trying to reach my provider for over a week and a half...

I saw Dr. Totonchi in the new office in Orland Park. It was very clean, wait was short, and staff was very friendly. The process was organized. Dr. Totonchi was awesome-- very friendly, great listener, did not judge, and addressed all concerns. She uses up-to-date evidence-based medicine, perks of having a young doctor :-)
