About Dr. Karl Bailey

Originally from Wales, United Kingdom, I spent 10 years as a Clinical Sports Massage Therapist before I ever became a chiropractor. During that decade, I saw firsthand what truly comprehensive, hands-on care could do for people—and I also witnessed how most patients were stuck in a revolving door of quick fixes that never addressed the real problem. That frustration drove me to pursue my Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine at National University of Health Sciences in Chicago. I knew there had to be a better way to help athletes and active people not just manage pain, but overcome it and perform at their highest level. After graduation, my family and I chose Charleston as home, and I founded Revolve Performance Rehab with one mission: to raise the standard of care in the Lowcountry. I was tired of seeing people told to "just rest" or accept limitations. I wanted to create a practice that showed patients what quality care should actually look like—60-minute, one-on-one sessions that combine chiropractic adjustments, advanced manual therapy, and performance-driven rehabilitation. At Revolve, we don't put band-aids on symptoms. We find the root cause, build you back stronger, and give you the tools to stay pain-free for the long haul. Whether you're a professional athlete, weekend warrior, or just someone who refuses to let pain dictate your life, my goal is to help you move without limits and trust your body again.
