I do enjoy my therapist very much with this company. She takes time to explain and keeps things really calm and cool. She was able to get me the help and diagnosis I needed to continue on through life. I was very anxious and stressed but it turns out my anxiety was an underlying disorder that I didn't know I had. I am very thankful to lifestance and Kariann Longtin for her help with my mental health journey.

After my first visit with Karriann I already feel like she understands me. Ive tried to explain my issues with other people and they’ve just always said I should try harder to fix it and forget about it.

I met with Karriann for the first time today after needing to switch providers. I already see someone with lifestance health for therapy and I love her. Karriann came recommended to me by my provider. Karriann took time to understand the issues I came to her with and was very informative and relatable which gave me comfort in being there. I had a great visit and feel comfortable in her care. She is very sweet and knowledgeable.
