About Dr. Kashif Qureshi
WE ARE A PRIMARY CARE OFFICE. We can treat your dermatology and OBGYN needs but we are not an OBGYN or dermatologist.
**NEW PATIENTS-Please contact the office! We are happy to explain office policies and procedures to you prior to your appointment. Physicals cannot usually be completed the same day as a new patient appointment.**
Dr. Kashif Qureshi is a doctor of Internal Medicine. He graduated from Wayne State University’s program in 2003 and has been practicing in the downriver area for over ten years.
Dr. Qureshi is on staff at Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak, Henry Ford Hospital-Wyandotte, and Oakwood Hospitals. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Oakland University’s William Beaumont School of Medicine. Dr. Qureshi serves on various hospital committees and plays an active role in promoting patient advocacy.
Dr. Qureshi is a primary care physician. He also specializes in the management of chronic disease conditions.
He is also trained in non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as Botox and dermal filler (Restylane and Juvederm) and provides these services to many clients in his Brownstown and West Bloomfield offices.

I was not satisfied at all with him his bedside manner shortness etc. was unsatisfactory. I tried to share my medical history I was cut off. He wasn't listening to me.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Qureshi due to his lack of follow up with me. I had to beg for a script for a medication that I had been on with a previous doctor for 18 months. He wanted me to try a more experimental/costly medication regardless of my long held remission. When my insurance required a prior authorization form to cover this medication, he stalled. At first he was too busy to fill it out, then claimed he already sent it, then claimed his office never got it. I have been getting to run around for 2 weeks and still haven't been given my medication. His nurses are wonderful, but his consideration and bedside manner are severely lacking.

1. Too quick to prescribe meds. Offered a first and had a second in case the first didn't help with minor aging problem. Didn't mention side effects of both which make a male impotent! Doing fine but Dr. didn't take the time to ask if I wanted the meds!
2. Wanted a 2nd office visit (more $$$ ?) to "discuss" lab results. Prefer Dr. at VA who mails the lab results with comments for my records.
3. Used ZOC DOC to schedule apt. due to digit injury. Dr. had not read the reason for my visit and after the initial physical I had to tell him he still hadn't looked my reason for coming to him!

He seemed to always be in a hurry, I really didn't get to spend much time with him... But was not terrible. Sounds like he knew what he was doing, but just didn't take the time to explain it thoroughly to me.

DR has no compassion , does not listen, is very rude and short with people, after my 4 hour wait and complete wast of my time the excuse the staff gave was he is "overbooked"
well do him a favor and DO NOT BOOK HIM.
should he give horrible care to 2000 people or better care to 1000?
IF YOU WORK FULLTIME+ and have children DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! if you have hours to sit and wait for nothing, go ahead..

His front desk is not good! First time, I wait 2 hours for my appointment. 2nd time, I was late 15 minutes, the front desk lady let me reschule. It makes me feel my time not worth. I was on time, wait 2 hours, I late 15 mintues, need reschedule to other day.
Although I think Dr. Qureshi 's knowledge is good, his crew, especially the front desk is not I can bear. So I decide to switch to other doctor.

He is very thorough. The staff, however, faxed my prescription to the pharmacy, but it didn't send. I had to call the office to get the script called in and made three trips to the pharmacy. The first impression is everything.
