Dr. Katherine Carsky is a fellowship-trained colorectal surgeon who provides comprehensive care for conditions affecting the colon, rectum, and anus. She treats both common concerns and complex colorectal disease using medical, office-based, endoscopic, and surgical approaches tailored to each patient’s needs. Dr. Carsky understands that colorectal symptoms can be uncomfortable or difficult to discuss. She strives to create a respectful, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard and at ease. Her goal is for every patient to leave with their questions answered and a clear plan for the next step. Dr. Carsky completed her general surgery residency at Lenox Hill Hospital, where she served as Academic Chief Resident, followed by advanced fellowship training in colon and rectal surgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida. She earned her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. In addition to caring for patients, she is actively involved in surgical education, clinical research, and national colorectal surgery organizations.
