I had concerns about something on my daughter's chin and wanted to be seen right away. I booked on Thursday and was seen the next day, on Friday. The office was so clean and friendly. The front desk had all my paperwork ready for me to fill out. I did arrive 15 minutes before my appointment so I was called back right on time. I did not wait long after getting to the room for the Dr to come in. She looked and immediately knew what it was. She was SO kind, gentle, and eased the mind of my 8 year old. We have to currently return every 3 weeks until her condition is resolved, but my daughter was so happy with how the appointment went that she's not scared or nervous to return. Very, very happy with this appointment and this doctor. Very sweet and personable!!

Katherine received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and graduated with honors from Towson University. During her time in the Physician Assistant Program, she completed both an elective clinical rotation and final preceptorship in dermatology. Katherine presented on the topic of molluscum during grand rounds and has written and presented research on how various dermatologic conditions impact mental health and quality of life in pediatric patients.
Katherine’s areas of expertise include treating skin cancer, acne, rosacea, warts, eczema, psoriasis, and seborrheic dermatitis. She also specializes in areas of cosmetic dermatology, including skin texture and age-related skin issues, dyspigmentation, unwanted hair, and hair thinning or loss.
With a passion for dermatology for as long as she can remember, Katherine’s goal is for patients to feel confident and comfortable in their skin. I saw her for piercings and a skin check, she was very friendly with numbing and explained things thoroughly. She wasn’t pushing any big expensive brand name products and gave me really affordable alternatives to serious skin problems. She wrote them down and listened to every question and explained them without leaving out any details, where she actually covered them quite well. It’s a shame the website for the company to book her on is broken, def book her on Zocdoc because those are her real available hours.

I just got back from the pharmacy. They had no record of the prescriptions being called in, seven hours after my appointment. That’s an hour of my life I’ll never get back. I called the office, the receptionist told me sometimes they wait until the end of the day to call in prescriptions if they’re “busy seeing patients.” Isn’t that the job? We’ll see how this resolves, right now I’m pretty irritated. My app’t was 7/15.
