So happy with my experience here. Finally a provider who listens and is willing to help. I had been to several providers prior to this who were no help. But Katherine was cheerful and attentive. I immediately told my spouse this was someone I could trust long term. I got in so quickly too that I wasn’t even done with paperwork. Not to mention they got my bloodwork same day, ultrasound tomorrow, and an immediate follow up. Almost unheard of in the medical setting.
Claps for this team. Thank you for helping me achieve my dream to become a mother some day!

I was denied care because I didn’t have my medical record on hand. I’m pregnant, you’d think they’d want to hurry up and pickup where I left off vs make me lose time and not make sure babies okay. The previous Dr office I saw was giving me issues about receiving it and I can’t do anything about it. I’m needing my anatomy scan done in a timely manner and not to mention using my insurance AND will have to pay my bill out of my own pocket but they could care less. I’ve never had such issue getting seen. Was also never told my appointment got canceled so I drove 45 minutes to be asked if I’d gotten a phone call telling me they cancelled on me, but they didn’t. I actually got my appointment reminder like 2 times before I showed up also. No communication.

The office was really great about accommodating me for an appointment given that I had an infection and desperately needed to be seen. Then the doctor never called in my medications, never called with my test results, and didn’t return my phone call.
