The doctor’s Zocdoc page said they could prescribe medication and they could not. She was apologetic but we were still charged a full co pay which was deeply disappointing since the call was all of 10 min and cut short when the provider could not provide what their profile said they could.

Dr Pan is a great listener and the first session last a full hour. Other providers I've seen in the past did not offer this much of attention. She asked many questions to ensure she could give her best diagnosis.
