I showed up for my appointment as scheduled, and it turns out that the office no longer takes Zocdoc in there office. Apparently Zocdoc has not stopped the service and all communication was through Zocdoc, and when I walked into the appointment, they had no record of me arriving for the appointment today. After taking time off from work for this appointment and having to reschedule for a potential time, two weeks later, but unsure if I am guaranteed this appointment as the doctor is pregnant and the next closest appointment wasn’t until May, Was a complete waste of my valuable time, as I’m in the healthcare industry and there were several emails with Zocdoc regarding appt. So very frustrating!! Be cautious of Zocdoc! Also be cautious when the first implication from the scheduled appointment makes you believe you are at fault.
