What Dr. Kathleen Ann Cabrera loved most about growing up in her hometown of Gilbert, AZ was being surrounded by her friends and family. She remains grateful for all the opportunities my community surrounded her with, from school sports to a good education, and opportunities for volunteer work. Working 1v1 with my high school’s ATC and DC solidified my decision to be a provider. My ability to connect and communicate with them on various levels. Dr. Kathleen defines wellness as living a balanced life. Her goal is to help relieve any fear of injury/re-injury for her patients and to help them increase their quality of life. “I have found that with age we become less care-free, less confident in our bodies, and less willing to do the things we once loved. I maintain my life balance by being intentional with each task. I try my best to give all my focus towards one task at a time so I can be present for every experience from work to play to my relationships.”
