My goal is to motivate patients to make positive changes in their lives in order to prevent health problems and promote wellness. I am a careful listener who works with each patient to help them understand their bodies, the cause of their symptoms, and how to productively manage their health. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and sharing great food with family and friends. I also believe that exercise is best done in a group and enjoy mountain biking with my friends. After graduating from Howard University School of Medicine, I completed my residency in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Pennsylvania.
