“Overall was satisfied with my visit. Initially, another patient and I were booked for the same time which lead to that patient becoming very frustrated and insisted he go before me. On top of that, she was 30 minutes late to show up to the office. What started off as a somewhat stressful visit changed once I actually saw the Dr. She was apologetic for her lateness and scheduling conflict, and was extremely thorough in her examination and explanation of what I was experiencing. For that reason, I would visit again, and would expect to have less of a wait. If I did wait that long again I would likely seek a different office.”

I was seen about ringing in my ears. Excellent communication via SMS in advance of the appointment to make sure I understood how much my insurance would cover. The office is easy to find, there was zero wait the morning I went, and the doctor was thorough, kind, and answered all of my questions. Couldn’t ask for more.
