I believe this provider is overbooked or too busy to give adequate attention to her patients. Her staff is unprofessional and unhelpful, compounding the issue. Urgent needs, like medication refills, face significant delays due to slow responses; I had to follow up multiple times just to get an answer. I had bloodwork done several times but had to repeat it elsewhere due to poor communication. After two months of waiting and numerous complaints, I still couldn’t get a simple physical form for work completed. I ultimately had to redo both my bloodwork and physical at another location, where the entire process, including the form, was handled in 20 minutes. The staff's incompetence is staggering, and the provider seems unaware or too overwhelmed to address these issues.

The perfect experience! I’ve had some medical trauma in the past and am always nervous going into an appt. She had such a great vibe which was evident as soon as she came into the room and it put me at ease. She reviewed all my medical history and talked to me about my concerns. She's a holistic NP so she really wants to know about the whole person. I officially made her my PCP. So happy I found her! Her nurse was also wonderful.

Amazing! I've never been excited for a followup doctor appointment in my life but now I am. The staff was all amazing, not a bad thing to say. Very thankful I found Dr Duggan and looking forward to getting some of my issues corrected with the right help.

Went over and beyond what I expected the visit to be. Very personable and will sit there and talk to you. Not like other medical personnel where they spend 15 minutes with you and that’s it.
