About Dr. Katrina Hansen
Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Katrina Hansen, a Delaware native, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences with a minor in Spanish from the University of Delaware. She received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing her internship at Sampson Regional Medical Center in North Carolina.
Dr. Hansen completed a dermatology residency at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where she served as chief resident in her final year. During her undergraduate and graduate studies, she volunteered on four medical missions to various countries in Latin America, which provided her with additional experience in utilizing the Spanish language for the benefit of patients with limited English proficiency.
Dr. Hansen is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages from infancy to adulthood and is proficient in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. When performing surgery her goal is always to optimize the scar appearance while also taking appropriate steps to ensure safe removal of the lesion. When utilizing neuromodulators (Botox) and filler, she emphasizes achieving natural-looking results.
Outside of work, Dr. Hansen enjoys traveling, the outdoors, artistic endeavors, and spending time with her husband, two young children, and their Newfoundland dog.

Very rude doctor, straight face no smile or no pleasant conversation made me very uncomfortable as she bought in her PA . It’s 3 people in room look at you Dr ,PA,Nurse. Made wait and took in all patients 5 or 6 of them who came after me . Dr said Idont know wht u got a rash or what .. seriously then why am Ihere?

NOT THIS OFFICE'S FAULT but Zocdoc confused my appointment location!
I confirmed appointment at Silverside Road then an hour later received email and text message telling me that my appointment had been "rescheduled" and I was to report to the Limestone Road location.
Thankfully, Dr. HANSEN was still in the office and was willing to see me.
I am very grateful to Dr. Hansen and her staff for seeing me. They were all very kind, helpful, and professional.
Dr. HANSEN'S quick analysis of my very irritated and inflamed skin and the medications prescribed worked wonders.

Dr. Hansen was great. I went in to discuss anti-aging treatment, and she took the time to go through each of the options that were available. I ended up going with Botox and some skincare products, and I have been thrilled with the results! I highly recommend her!
