The NP i saw, was amazing. She went above and beyond. She read over my chart and understand it enough to ask me other question I filled out not related to my appointment. Which I find, taking that extra step of a good Practice I will definitely be returning, even though I'm a established patient with another practice.
Now I do have to say the office is under some pretty heavy renovation. This was as of Dec 12th. But you can tell once it's done, this will be a beautiful Practice with a great staff.
Just maybe put some cushions down on the wood chairs.

The doctor never showed up for my appointment and did not call to cancel or let me know if they needed any other information as I filled out all the forms and put their doctor as my primary care physician like they wanted. Do Not book with this provider or anyone in this office as they did not show up or communicate for my appointment!!!!

I thought my appt was at 1:30pm but it was actually at 1:00pm so I called to reschedule. They assured me “You don’t need to, we have availability just get here when you can.” I get there and after 30 mins of waiting, I ask how much longer. She didn’t care enough to ask for me and when I brought up our phone conversation, she lied about what she told me.
People who were on time for their appts got called right away while I waited; she should have rescheduled me if she knew I’d have to wait so much longer for being late.
If they were really looking out for patients she would have given me better advice. I waited 15 more minutes and left but just wasted 2 hours of a work day because they couldn’t just reschedule me like I asked.
I usually wouldn’t be mad about something like this but it was so preventable and now I have to wait to find a new doctor for an issue that I’m concerned about. The doctor has great reviews and I was excited to go but the office staff is a rude hot mess.

very happy with my experience !! i felt like she really took her time listening and making me comfortable and assuring me that im not crazy ! my interactions with the other staff were lovely as well. very clear communication as we ran a few tests which was very helpful bc i tend to be an anxious person. i feel like i left with a clear plan of action <3

I had a great experience the nurse practitioner, she was so sweet and made me feel so seen in her she’s helping me out so much and I’m definitely gonna go back. The staff at the front desk was a little rude though, they handled everything accordingly just not the best attitude which made me a little anxious.?

The doctor was amazing. She was understanding and knowledgeable and put me at ease. I am someone who unfortunately just received medical insurance for the first time and now utilizing it and she was so understanding of that.
