Called me to “confirm” like 3-4 times. THE SAME DAY I MADE APPT. once was past 8pm and the phone call woke up my baby. Told them CANCEL THE APPT I was so fed up. So didn’t attend the appt. So so annoying on top of me being so sick already to call and hound me to CONFIRM an appt I made hours before, so many times??? Why would you do that??? At least just text don’t blow up my phone ESPECIALLY not past 8pm.

The lady wasn’t friendly &was VERY dismissive of my problems. She did not care & seemed to think my problems were made up. One (of 3) of my problems is my ear, it’s been bothering me now for two weeks. She looked at my ear and said it was fine . Clearly there’s a bigger problem. She could have offered to write a referral to an ENT since I’ll need someone who can take a more in depth look into why it’s bothering me all of a sudden & affecting my hearing . She just looked at me like I was crazy when I was trying to describe what was happening to my ear. Also mentioned all my kids have pink eye. I had yellow crap oozing from my eye the night before. Told her I just used some of my daughter’s eye drops but I would like my own. She said no & don’t use them and you don’t have pink eye . She didn’t even LOOK at my eyes. The next day my eyes still had stuff coming out and we’re getting pink. Obviously I ended up using my daughter’s drops and helped myself. Very unfriendly, bad energy and vibes

Wel the staff is very helpful with getting info from my insurance provider,after we got that taken care of I wasn't waiting that long before I was seen,the lady doctor I seen was nice in a way but she kept talking about religion and going to church and sprit this,I was about to scream out LADY LOOK CHURCH ISN'T GOING TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM, I have two rules in public not politics or religion ill go back and see how im treated next time but I won't recommend them to friends or family.

My first visit with Dr. Kattina Blanco was very disappointing.
My fiancé and I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, and the waiting room was full of other patients who also seemed to be waiting far too long.
When I was finally seen, Dr. Blanco came across as blunt and disengaged. She made no effort to get to know me as a new patient, which felt very impersonal. At one point, she told my fiancé he couldn’t be on his phone during the appointment and claimed that texting was a HIPAA violation—something that seemed exaggerated and unnecessary.
I originally made this appointment to have my chest pain evaluated, but she didn’t examine the area at all. Instead, the conversation was focused almost entirely on my weight, which felt dismissive and unhelpful given my actual concerns.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend her to others. If you're looking for a doctor who listens and values your time, I suggest finding someone else.

You will get similar treatment to most clinics here. The clinic came across overworked and short staffed. The process is definitely routine and there was no outstanding effort to get to know me as a person. Labs and data define the patient here. I was booked with Dr. Blanco, but they sent me a practitioner in her stead. I had to ask to see Dr. Blanco personally as I wanted to get to know her and see how she would interact with me as an individual. This seemed like an unusual request to everyone, but they kindly acquiesced to it. Dr. Blanco told me the first visit is not about getting everything done but that it takes time and data to see where we need to go. I did not want to get anything “done” on the first visit, I just wanted to start building a relationship with my doctor so I would feel comfortable talking about my health goals. It may be a lot to ask in this industry, but I will keep searching for a clinic that treats me as an individual, not a file of lab data & numbers.
