About Dr. Kayla Barry

I’m a Rhode Island native, but I’ve spent the last 5 years calling New York City home. Recently, I made the exciting move to Dallas, Texas! As a provider, I believe in a collaborative approach to primary care and appreciate the opportunity to connect with patients on a personal level. This approach allows me to customize a care plan that links their lifestyle to their health and wellness goals. My vision entails empowering patients to discover a healthy work-life balance in an effort to reduce stress and improve their overall health. As a provider, I take a holistic approach when treating patients by helping them create realistic and sustainable health goals. My goal is to develop into a well-rounded provider in the area of integrative medicine and acquire the balance between holistic and western medicine. How I stay healthy and happy I enjoy spending time with my mini-doxie puppy named Arlo and discovering the charms of our new home in Dallas. I love to read, and you will usually find me reading romance or fantasy novels. It’s my go-to activity when I need to unwind and escape from the pressures of the day!
