Excellent experience all around. Highly impressed.
The doctor initial consultation was great. I was given a fair amount of time to be able to express my concerns. The Doctor was a good listener. He asked good questions revealing his knowledge of his expertise. And he took down notes. He was gentle in performing some general mobility test first.
I then was checked by the nurse in a different room for a nerve test. I appreciated how she explained what was going to be done and why. And clear instructions was shared as each step for the assessment was done.
Then I had a 20 minute Brain EKG test in a separate room.
And now as assessment is to be done and more exams will follow in ny next appointment.
Overall the space was clean and comfortable.
A plus was just the kindness recieved from the Doctor and his team of nurses. And the waiting time was reasonable.
The only comments I will make for improvement is putting relaxing music in the lobby area and Brain Testing Space.

It was pointless to go. Wasted 3 Saturdays going there then come to find out they do not fill out prior authorizations for the insurance to approve the medication I never heard that before. Even the insurance representative I was on the phone with never heard that. What makes it worse the first medication he prescribed me I’m having pretty bad side effects to it and I can’t get off it because it will make the migraines much worse I was hoping to get the new one so I can’t get off the one giving me bad side effects. I really think he prescribed that first one because he knew it didn’t need prior authorization because I asked for the one that needed a prior authorization but he told me no take this They could of told me from day one they didn’t do them so I wouldn’t have to come back and I could have found a new doctor So if you need prior authorizations trust me don’t go
