I absolutely loved provider Kellie Norris, she was very caring and listened to my concerns all the way. I usually don't go outside my scope of providers but when I went to my PCP they basically told me "take your vitamins" and offered no solution or assessment. Kellie did an assessment on me and was able to prescribe me, and also diagnose me in the same appointment because she wanted to know so much more about me! I can tell she really cares about her patients and there was a solid form of communication, she educated me on medications and offered alternatives if I didn't want to take it. I highly recommend her!

Amazing experience! I have ADHD Kellie did an assessment and diagnosed me in the same day where I was able to fill a new prescription.
Really friendly and easy to talk to. If you can’t wrap your head around a concept that She is talking about, she makes sure to get you up to speed by re-explaining in a different way that makes sense to you. Very inclusive and wants to make sure you are informed about all patient care options. Her focus on patient-centered care is very apparent with his work… Will come back again and again!
Kellie was spectacular! Kellie is the first psychiatry professional I have had that has effectively listened to my problems and concerns and made me comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this Journey Psych.
had my first visit with Kellie. It was a great experience. All my needs were met. She is not opinionated nor pushy, but a very understanding and caring person, and I got my medication that same day. I would recommend her.
Kellie asked questions and actually listened to my answers. She seemed genuinely concerned about my well-being and was thorough in her explanations.
First of all EXTREMELY the Staff correspondence very helpful. She was really patient while asking me questions as I tend to ramble here and there. was non-judgmental about anything, answered all my questions and concerns. I left the zoom session with a smile.
She was very friendly, and this made me feel comfortable. Additionally, she appeared compassionate and understanding of my situation/medication needs. My only problem was with the computer application, so we completed the session via landline phone. No need to stress out over technical glitches. I am also impressed with her assistant who was very reachable, a trait not found very often these days. I will call to schedule my follow up appointment within the next week,.
I have had some traumatic experiences with healthcare providers in the past, so I was really nervous about my appointment. However, Kellie made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed. She listened attentively to my concerns and needs, which was both validating and reassuring. I left feeling safe and cared for, and I plan on seeing her again.
Kellie really takes her time to get to know you and what’s going on in your life. she’s very easy going and is open minded to new ideas. I would and have recommended him to other people.
I am incredibly grateful for Kellie expertise in mental health. Her insightful guidance has been instrumental in helping me navigate challenging times and find inner strength.
Kellie is great. She knows medications inside and out. Very knowledgeable and she listens to your concerns. she is one of the best in his field. I’d book an appointment with him if you are looking for someone to get you on the right path to feeling good.
Kellie became the first person I opened up to other than my former childhood therapist. She has made me feel incredibly comfortable and supported throughout our sessions. I was initially scared but after our initial session I felt incredibly comfortable sharing my emotions and experiences with her.
Kellie is a great provider and I would recommend her to anyone dealing with anxiety. She is thorough with her assessment and listened to all of my concerns attentively. I felt included in the development of my treatment plane.
Best provider I’ve dealt with in my decade and a half long mental health journey by far, very understanding and very knowledgeable. truly understands the place medication takes in the journey and isn’t pushing anything onto you or one dimensional like most psychiatrists in my experience. Really understands her place as your resource and is incredibly kind and patient. Couldn’t Recommend her more.
Kellie was great, you could tell she cared about how I was feeling. We spent almost an hour together, which is more than any other provider has done with me in the past. 10/10 recommend
Kellie was absolutely a gem . She listened to all my concerns about my health and meticulously went through the labs so we could find a solution for my ongoing problem. I would highly recommend her and her office.
She was awesome and listened to what I needed. she also asked if there are any questions or anything else she could help with after I expressed my questions. she wanted to make sure she answered everything I needed.
As a new patient, Kellie and her staff, especially Patricia, were amazing! They listened to me with genuine concern and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my treatment. Kellie insists on actually taking care of her patients, and she does a great job at it. I’m so happy I made the decision to see her and will continue to in the future! Thank you Kellie, for the care and the laughs!
I was a little nervous about my appointment because it was virtual. Kellie is a good listener, she made me feel at ease, and is patient focused. She has a great bedside manner and is empathetic. I appreciated that she wanted to know what my goals were for our sessions.
Kellie helped me feel like I wasn't alone in the way I was feeling. And that she heard me. That it was okay and that those feeling I was having were okay but wouldn't last forever. She listened and found a solution that worked for me.
Kellie is a very knowledgeable provider. She is very smart and professional. I was so fearful to change doctors but was so happy I did. She is 100 times better than my last provider.
Honestly, She is the bet psychiatrist I have seen. She takes her time to ensure that your questions are being answered and needs taken into consideration. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She is empathetic and empowering.
I went to Kellie after my previous psychiatrist disappeared on me. Kellie was a great listener and very attentive. I'm clear on my treatment plan and fell confident moving forward.
Working with Kellie has been amazing! She is real, direct, funny, empathetic, and down to earth all the while educating me on what's going on in my brain and body.
