About Dr. Kelly Pearson
Dr. Kelly Pearson is a proud midwesterner who grew up in Minnesota. She got out of the cold and came to Arizona for her undergraduate education at Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University. After completing her thesis and graduating summa cum laude, she was accepted to the Chicago Medical School. While in medical school, she was selected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. After graduating medical school, Dr. Pearson completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. She then completed a Dermatology residency at the University of North Carolina as a Tarheel.
She joyfully returned back to Arizona to practice. Practicing in Scottsdale has reinforced her passion for skin cancer prevention and treatment. As a Board Certified Dermatologist, Dr. Pearson provides expertise and services for all ages and skin types. She is trained in many cosmetic procedures and treatments, but her true passion lies in medical dermatology. Helping her patients manage skin cancers, acne, and autoimmune conditions provides her with a sense of fulfillment. We invite new and established patients to schedule an appointment with Dr. Pearson at our Paradise Valley and Thompson Peak office. By arriving 15 minutes early and completing the necessary paperwork, you contribute to a smooth and efficient experience, ensuring that we can focus on delivering exceptional care tailored to your individual needs.
Attending conferences and reading dermatologic journals to maintain her breadth of knowledge helps her continually provide the best care possible. She loves to treat and get to know her patients’ entire families. In her free time, Dr. Pearson enjoys tennis, hiking, running, snowboarding, and reading. She also loves spending time with her family and visiting home.

Very nice staff. Unfortunately, they neglected to cauterize a wound site after removal of a skin tag under my arm. The bleeding was stopped 12 hours later at the neighborhood ER. I won't be back.
