Dr. Pledge was very easy to talk to. She was very nice and a good listener. She made sure to explain what was being asked and give examples when needed. She also gave me the time to think about my responses. She handled the entire appointment with professionalism and efficiency.

I have two issues. One, I found her accent made it difficult to understand what she was saying. I asked repeatedly for her to repeat herself. Two, the session felt extremely scripted, like she was just reading through a list.
