About Kelly Rankin

Kelly is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated with a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. She has worked in dermatology since 2013. She has training and experience in general and surgical dermatology, including the treatment of acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis and skin cancers, among other dermatologic conditions. Kelly has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology, including injections of BOTOX®, Restylane®, JUVÉDERM®, Sculptra®, and KYBELLA®. She is passionate about achieving optimal aesthetic results for her patients. Kelly is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants (IAPA) and the Illinois Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (ISDPA). New patient, rescheduled first appointment. Asked to get on call list for sooner appt. Finally got an earlier date. Show up to 830 appt and they say did you get our message? We don't accept your insurance any more, I was puzzled because I didn't receive a message after initially setting up the initial appointment a month prior and I actually called them to reschedule the first time and they didnt mention it. I felt a very sour attitude when I walked in from the workers,possibly because I had Medicaid? I'm not sure but very bad experience with this office all around.
